Perfect for your On30 or On3 shays/climax/forneys etc. internal length with closed doors is 10".

Lean-to water tank can be removed as an option.

This kit takes the 10" tiny frame-only kit and adds all parts to complete the kit as seen. It can be made left or right handed.

The lean-to 6ft diameter water tank is included in the kit and can be placed front or back.

The wooden walls are full panels rather than individual boards, and planking is cut on both sides which not only means there is detail inside, but it also allows them to be reversible for alternative arrangements

The office on the side has internal framework, and the office windows and doors have windows both side.

Main roof and office roof can be made to lift away, to see detail inside.

FULL KIT INCLUDES the 10" frame + floor + walls + roof + all doors and windows. everything you see in the photos!

-> frames:  cut from 2.7mm poplar ply. they include tabs to aid construction.

-> Flooring: this includes a sub-base that will take Peco HO or ME On30 track, and a top floor covering of Obechi laser-cut panels with planks and nail holes.  On3 version is available - add note to order if you want On3.

-> 2 Roof apex vents: these are cut from 0.8mm (1/32") birch microply.

-> On30 engine house stall doors are dedicated to the kit. Made from microply and Obechi - all the grain goes the right way.

-> 6 KHM engine house windows (KHB008)

-> reversible wall panels with engraving both sides, laser cut from premium laser-grade microply

-> side office structure with floor and framing. using premium laser-grade microply.

-> 2 office doors and 4 office windows

-> roof framework from poplar ply and roof panels from 1/16 laserply

-> shingle sheets, or corrugated iron depending on roof option selected

-> small lean-to water tank is included to the kit, unless removed as an option.

Kit instructions are emailed in pdf format. there are no printed ones with the kit.

If you wish to add doors into the back wall to make it a "drive thru" shed then extra doors are available separately from the building depot. If you wish other modifications, then consider the frame-only kit :)
