- Birch ply laser cut roof frame slots together.
- Bass wood posts
- Bracing wires with brackets. The wires are steel piano wire so they stay straight and add structural rigidity.
- Industrial 6″ rib corrugated roof, rolled from 0.15mm aluminium. It forms easily to the curve. The prototype model has been treated with Ferro Chloride for a rusty roof, but painted roof is easier!
